Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based care through structured 8-week programs focused on mental health improvement.

• Monitor participant progress effectively, ensuring timely follow-up communications and comprehensive care coordination recommendations.

• Engage with the care team to assist clients in accessing essential resources, obtain necessary consent and authorization forms, and ensure they receive holistic support.

• Identify high-risk situations with elevated safety concerns and respond appropriately, adhering to established company protocols to safeguard patients.

• Participate in regular supervisory meetings, team meetings, and company-wide Town Halls to foster collaboration and enhance team effectiveness.

• Uphold the integrity of client confidentiality by strictly adhering to HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and fulfilling annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of individuals who are seeking mental health support, including those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health challenges. Our approach emphasizes personalized care and supports clients in developing actionable skills and lifelong healthy habits through evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A demonstrated willingness and ability to maintain a consistent schedule to effectively serve clients.

• Clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy, especially utilizing solution-focused methodologies.

• Must comply with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote work.
