Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring that each session is tailored to the individual needs of clients, whether they are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough intakes and assessments, gathering comprehensive client histories to inform treatment strategies and goals.

• Provide outpatient therapy through secure telehealth platforms, with a focus on engaging and maintaining rapport with clients.

• Complete all client documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner to comply with Federal, State, and organizational standards.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources to enhance the treatment experience for clients and ensure holistic support.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic modalities to suit the specific needs and goals of the clientele.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, providing mental health services tailored to their distinct circumstances. Clients may present with a variety of challenges, from stress and relationship issues to serious mental health disorders. Your expertise will guide them toward achieving improved mental health and life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Must possess an active and valid California license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in therapy, particularly in crisis counseling, with a proven ability to work effectively with children, adults, and families in an outpatient setting is essential.

• Strong proficiency in using computers and telemedicine technologies, as well as clinical platforms for documentation and client communication.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills to ensure clarity and empathetic communication with clients and collaborators.
