As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use computer or tablet tools to document observations and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and team members. Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a corporate technology location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
