Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver effective care to individuals and families with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans that cater to clients' unique situations and needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches based on the therapeutic plan established during assessments.

• Create ongoing treatment plans, coordinating with additional services as necessary and adjusting plans to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document all therapy services provided diligently, following both facility and professional standards, with timely updates as required.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while participating actively in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and requirements.

• Address patient inquiries and concerns competently, demonstrating a commitment to client safety and satisfaction at all times.

• Perform additional administrative or clinical responsibilities as designated by the management team, contributing to the collaborative practice environment.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families, presenting a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.

• A valid state or national licensure as a professional therapist, specifically holding credentials as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
