Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Utilize telehealth tools and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain accurate client information while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care and enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending relevant workshops and training sessions to expand your knowledge and capacity to serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals seeking support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our outpatient services are designed to accommodate clients with varying levels of need, all within a respectful and empathetic framework.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted State of Texas licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrated knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to counseling practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
