Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time

About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term temporary position with strong potential for permanent hire for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is committed to building a long-term career and can make an immediate impact on our Accounts Receivable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable functions
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
• Conduct collection calls and follow up on past-due accounts
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection efforts
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve account issues
• Assist with AR-related reporting and documentation
• Support transition efforts as the company implements NetSuite ERP

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dedicated Accounts Receivable experience required
• Strong collections background with confidence making collection calls
• Experience managing high-volume customer accounts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Must be reliable, dependable, and interested in a long-term opportunity
