Key Responsibilities\n

In the capacity of a Remote LMFT, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms to effectively reach our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

• Conducting in-depth assessments to understand clients' needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances and challenges.
\n
• Implementing various evidence-based therapeutic models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy, to provide well-rounded therapeutic options.

• Ensuring accurate clinical documentation to meet legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and administrative personnel to provide comprehensive care.
\n
• Engaging in regular case consultations and team meetings, as well as participating in continuing education to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Offering support and resources to clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, life transitions, and other life challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals of various ages, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. As an LMFT, you will be instrumental in providing therapeutic services to clients facing mental health disorders, emotional distress, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and rapport-building.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• A current and active California LMFT license (required).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient, private practice, or community mental health environment.
