Driver RecruiterPosition: Driver RecruiterSalary: $14.00 plus commissionShift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmLocation: West Valley City, UTPosition Summary: This position will prospect candidates interested in our Dedicated and over the road positions. This is a fast paced, high call volume environment. This position will be contacting hot leads to qualify and evaluate a prospective Class A driver.Starting pay: This position offers uncapped commission opportunities!Responsibilities:Review Company provided leads via work queue.Dial out to qualified candidates.Screen and qualify candidate for fit to culture and environment.Follow-up, when necessary, with additional requested information to candidates.Management and documentation of candidate flow using proprietary computer system CRM.This position is highly demanding and requires patience and professionalism.Qualifications:A High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredA minimum of three (3) years customer service experience is requiredShort cycle inside sales or recruiting experience is a plusExperience in or knowledge of trucking industry is a plusProficient at functional use of Microsoft Windows operating system.Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite.Proficient at functional use of web Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.C.R.
