Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations that address patients' orthopedic needs.
• Direct physical therapy interventions aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and restoring muscle function while maximizing patient performance levels.
• Evaluate patients' functional abilities using diagnostic tests and assessments to inform treatment strategies.
• Collaborate closely with physical therapy assistants to ensure the proper execution of treatment plans and patient safety.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of home environments and provide recommendations to enhance independence and facilitate effective rehabilitation.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, instruct patients in non-manual techniques, and facilitate engagement in functional activities to optimize recovery.
• Administer treatments such as manual therapy, traction, massage, and other modalities to promote healing.
• Evaluate and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices in coordination with the prescribing physician to ensure optimum fit and function.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries for patient care documentation.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to collaboratively enhance treatment approaches for our patients.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with patients experiencing a range of orthopedic conditions, from sports injuries to post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
