We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment among our team of dedicated professionals, which currently includes two licensed Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Our patient population primarily consists of individuals with private medical insurance, allowing us to focus on delivering the highest standard of care.

Work Environment

The work setting is in our modern outpatient clinic, designed to facilitate optimal patient care and rehabilitation. You will work alongside a skilled team of therapists in a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and professional development. Our typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced lifestyle while making a significant impact on our patients' recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient-Centered Care: Assess and identify each patient's goals and needs to develop tailored treatment plans that promote personal autonomy in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Individualized Attention: Manage a focused patient load, typically treating one patient per hour, to ensure quality interaction and comprehensive care.
• Orthopedic Treatment: Utilize your expertise in outpatient orthopedic therapy to implement specialized treatment strategies aimed at improving patients' functional motion and overall well-being.
• Cost-Effective Approaches: Design and deliver efficient treatment plans that prioritize recovery while minimizing dependence on medications or invasive procedures.
• Comprehensive Treatment Plans: Create dynamic care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, adapting as necessary for individual patient responses.
• Wellness and Fitness Programs: Tailor fitness and wellness regimes addressing specific rehabilitation needs and promoting long-term health and functional independence.

Our clinic primarily serves an adult population experiencing orthopedic issues, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and age-related mobility concerns. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
