Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients seeking physical therapy, including the review of medical history, physical examinations, and standardized assessments.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs, ensuring adaptation as conditions evolve.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapy interventions, employing modalities and therapeutic exercises specific to orthopedic rehabilitation.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to provide comprehensive care and coordinate patient follow-ups.

• Engage in patient education regarding treatment protocols, home exercises, and injury prevention strategies to foster independence and self-management.

• Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education sessions, contributing to a culture of growth and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedic patients, ranging from post-surgical care to sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted physical therapy license in the state of Virginia is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
