Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for at least 4 years of SDLC experience.
• We need hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We require proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• We value experience with automation and continuous delivery practices.
• We need strong knowledge across the full software development life cycle.
• We expect an advanced understanding of agile methods, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• We are seeking demonstrated expertise in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
• We require in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems.
• We prefer practical cloud-native experience.

• We develop creative software solutions and perform design, development, and technical troubleshooting using approaches that go beyond the routine.
• We build secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
• We identify opportunities to remove or automate fixes for recurring issues to strengthen the stability of our software applications and systems.
• We lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical credentials, and fit within our existing systems and information architecture.
• We lead communities of practice across software engineering to raise awareness and adoption of new and emerging technologies.
