Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and joint therapy sessions with clients and family members to address their mental health needs.

• Assessing and formulating treatment plans based on clients' unique situations and presenting issues, including family conflicts, grief, and adjustment disorders.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healthier family dynamics and encourage open communication among relatives.

• Regularly documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Participating in case reviews, consultation meetings, and ongoing professional training to enhance your skills and contribute to the practice's growth.

Your work will directly impact a varied patient population, including:

• Individuals facing alcohol abuse and addiction challenges.
\n
• Families dealing with the aftermath of physical or psychological abuse.
\n
• Clients navigating grief and loss from personal relationships.
\n
• Families confronting conflicts among members, including sibling rivalry and communication barriers.

• Individuals adjusting to separation or divorce, including blended families and co-parenting dynamics.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
\n
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• At least one year of relevant experience working with families and couples.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will also possess:

• Proficiency in teletherapy and digital health technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
