Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the specific needs of each patient and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address those needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at creating a community environment and enhancing coping skills among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate interventions and continuous support during mental health emergencies.

• Guide clients in understanding their mental health conditions, explore treatment options, and connect them with community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient sessions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice provides care to a diverse range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults, many of whom are facing significant challenges that impact their daily functioning and quality of life. You will work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological distress, often manifesting in complex and multifaceted ways.

Qualifications\n

• Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• A record of effectively conducting comprehensive assessments and developing impactful treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, catering to various demographic groups.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with patients and collaborate with team members effectively.

• Strong ethical judgment and professional boundary adherence.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
