Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed physical examinations and thorough reviews of patient medical records to formulate accurate patient diagnoses.
• Order, analyze, and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging studies to guide treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic health conditions within the realm of family medicine, ensuring comprehensive patient management.
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing the needs of patients with chronic diseases, thereby enhancing their health and overall well-being.
• Prescribe medications based on established guidelines and monitor patient responses to adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain precise and organized patient records and schedules, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Physician Assistant in New York.
• Demonstrated experience as a Physician Assistant within a family health clinic or similar healthcare setting.
• Specialization in family medicine or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive clinical experience in primary care with a solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 140,000 to 160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
