Key Responsibilities

As a Physician Assistant at Southeast Social Healthcare, you will undertake a variety of essential clinical duties that contribute to enhanced patient outcomes, including:

• Conducting in-depth patient assessments and gathering thorough medical histories to facilitate accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• Collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring an integrated approach for individuals of all ages.
• Performing comprehensive physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Administering vaccinations, medications, and providing education on preventive health measures, empowering patients to make informed lifestyle choices.
• Monitoring and managing chronic conditions, ensuring appropriate referrals to specialists when needed for complex care situations.
• Ensuring meticulous and timely documentation of all patient encounters using the EPIC EMR system to maintain high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits
