Work Environment

Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a well-rounded work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Primary Care Provider delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients across various age groups.
• Perform thorough physical exams and health assessments, identifying health concerns and charting progress meticulously.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses in alignment with best practice guidelines.
• Prescribe medications and recommend other treatment protocols based on patient needs and health status.
• Educate patients thoroughly on disease prevention, management strategies, and healthy lifestyle choices tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine treatment plans, ensuring coordinated and effective patient care.
• Manage patient care including specialized referrals, follow-up appointments, and continuous monitoring of treatment efficacy.
• Document medical histories, treatment plans, and patient progress in electronic health records with attention to detail and compliance.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to patient satisfaction and retention efforts, and adapt to feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Keep abreast of the latest clinical research findings, treatments, and innovations in internal medicine.

Qualifications
