Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments for patients with various health issues, determining their physical, emotional, and social status through detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and necessary diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and manage common illnesses and health problems, referring more severe cases to other physicians as needed, while maintaining ongoing responsibility for patient follow-ups.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers, which may include ordering treatments and prescribing medications in accordance with established protocols.
• Administer medications under physician supervision, monitor patient responses, and provide education on medication use and health maintenance.
• Order and interpret diagnostic laboratory tests, including blood counts, chemistry panels, and EKGs, evaluating results to inform treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assessments using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and legal standards.
• Counsel patients and their families on health maintenance strategies, empowering them with knowledge and skills necessary for preventive care.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively and facilitate necessary referrals.
• Perform therapeutic procedures and monitor the responses to treatment, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care.
• Uphold patient confidentiality in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 160,000 to 200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
