Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical examinations, health history reviews, and risk factor evaluations to develop effective pain management plans.
• Provide thorough documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices.
• Create and implement individualized treatment strategies, which may involve prescribing medications, administering injections, or recommending physical therapy and other interventions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, guiding patients through complex results and facilitating necessary referrals to specialists as required.
• Deliver preventative healthcare services such as screenings, vaccinations, and wellness checks aimed at promoting long-term health and wellbeing.
• Maintain open lines of communication with patients and their families regarding treatment options, care plans, and health education, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits
