About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Marketing for the Americas to define and lead the regional marketing vision for the brand. This role is pivotal in overseeing all marketing functions, including brand, product, retail, influencer, media, and consumer engagement, with a focus on strengthening brand equity and driving commercial growth. The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner to global marketing, translating regional consumer insights into scalable strategies, and building integrated omnichannel marketing plans. Responsibilities also include leading a high-performing team, championing innovation, and ensuring operational excellence across all consumer touchpoints. Candidates for the Vice President, Marketing – Americas position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a relevant industry. The role requires a proven track record in leading large marketing organizations, particularly in the areas of influencer marketing and retail partnerships. Strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the retail landscape, and expertise in integrated omnichannel marketing are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to operational excellence. Executive leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also a must, as is the ability to build and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
