Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

• Provide consultations and collaborate with other professionals on pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavior guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and interventions to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
\n
• Prepare and maintain timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.

• Participate actively in the clinic’s licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our operational standards.

• Serve as a liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance patient access to resources.

• Foster open lines of communication to meet contract standards and promote the clinic’s mission in the community.
\n
• Establish partnerships with local and state agencies to explore new funding opportunities and program collaborations.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops, conferences, and representing the clinic at industry events.

• Actively promote and embody the organization’s mission, values, and principles within every facet of your work.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall organizational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC role primarily focuses on serving a diverse client base seeking help with mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use recovery. As a counselor, you will work closely with individuals from various backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet the cultural and individual needs of each patient, thereby ensuring holistic support aligned with their health goals.
