Territory Manager - Northern Virginia / Washington, DC

Becton Dickinson seeks an experienced Territory Manager to develop advanced patient monitoring sales across Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. The role involves managing relationships with large healthcare systems and hospital networks while driving adoption of hemodynamic monitoring and tissue oximetry products.
Responsibilities
- Manage defined portfolio of Advanced Patient Monitoring customers and drive technology utilization
- Call on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care, and EP Lab specialists
- Identify opportunities and close deals within new and existing healthcare accounts
- Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans aligned with business targets
- Build relationships with c-suite executives and administrative leadership across IDNs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years progressive sales experience in medical devices
- Enterprise-level selling skills with large healthcare organizations
- Exceptional communication and consultative negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular physiology
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
