Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual sessions to evaluate the mental health status of clients.
\n
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions specific to each client’s needs.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to engage clients effectively.
\n
• Regularly monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans based on evolving therapeutic needs and responses to treatment.
\n
• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, as necessary for comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and collaboration sessions to ensure cohesive care and share insights regarding client progress and treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client base that may include individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Your ability to empathize with diverse experiences, provide culturally responsive care, and employ inclusive methods will be pivotal in fostering resilience and recovery within this patient population.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. A master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• A current, unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• At least four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, contemporary evidence-based treatment protocols, and methods for culturally competent care.

• Demonstrable crisis intervention skills and a capacity to navigate high-pressure client situations effectively.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven record of building rapport with diverse client demographics.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other technology tools for remote counseling.
\n
• A commitment to ethical practice and upholding confidentiality in all client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
