Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $515,000 to $800,000 annually (plus wRVU bonus and incentives)
• Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive ENT consults and treatment plans for a wide referral base
• Manage a patient caseload of 20-30 patients daily in clinic
• Perform surgeries utilizing advanced technology, including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
• Collaborate with audiology and subspecialty teams (Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery)
• Participate in inpatient care with physician support and advanced practice providers
• Take backup call only, with coverage handled by APPs
• Contribute to a collegial, flexible work culture that values work-life balance and physician wellness
• Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees

What You Need:

• Active Ohio medical license (or eligibility)
• Board certification in Otolaryngology
• Ability to manage a full scope of ENT services
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
