Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a key liaison between families and outpatient providers, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged in the client's mental health journey.

• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification processes and manage utilization review to facilitate necessary services for clients.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare services to ensure continuity of care for students transitioning out of more intensive levels of support.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, helping students develop a positive relationship with food while modeling healthy eating habits.

• Deliver empathetic, affirming, and culturally sensitive care that respects and understands each client's unique needs and identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Integral Health Care Center, your focus will primarily be on school-aged clients, which includes children and adolescents facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
