Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs and determine appropriate care plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modern equipment to facilitate recovery.
• Regularly document patient treatments, progress, and responses to therapy in alignment with state and federal regulations.
• Reassess therapeutic goals periodically and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs.
• Advise and educate patients, families, and other healthcare professionals on the use of assistive devices and the therapeutic process to optimize patient independence.
• Stay informed on industry advancements by attending workshops and actively participating in professional growth opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Beacon Health, you will work with a diverse patient base, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, accidents, chronic pain issues, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
