Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, including but not limited to those struggling with addiction to alcohol, opioids, and other substances. Our diverse patient population includes various age groups and backgrounds, emphasizing the need for a culturally sensitive approach to therapy that recognizes the unique struggles and experiences of each individual.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  Current and valid licensure in the state of Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

  A strong foundation in substance use disorders, coupled with knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods and recovery-oriented practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
