Work Environment\n

The core working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required to meet patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Regency, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, many of whom may also face co-occurring mental health challenges. Your role will be vital in supporting these clients through various recovery stages, offering them the tools and strategies needed for lasting change and health restoration.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented care, and evidence-based treatment practices.

• Demonstrable experience in providing both individual and group therapy related to addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
