Work Environment\nThis role is based in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexible work hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to analyze the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique situations. \n
- Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, values, and preferences, providing a tailored approach to their mental health journey. \n
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders. \n
- Educate and support clients and their families about mood disorders, offering insights into various treatment options and self-care strategies that can facilitate recovery. \n
- Continuously monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback. \n
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients. \n
- Stay informed and updated on the latest research and developments in mood disorders and therapeutic techniques, applying this knowledge to enhance treatment efficacy. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and accuracy. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning and best practices in the treatment of mood disorders. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida is essential for this role. \n
- At least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders is preferred. \n
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, is necessary for successful therapeutic outcomes. \n
- A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work alongside psychiatrists and other medical professionals effectively. \n
