You will utilize an intuitive therapist portal to manage clinical documentation effortlessly and communicate effectively with the Therapy Leadership Team to continuously improve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized care to adults struggling with a diverse range of emotional disorders by conducting weekly live video therapy sessions.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to assess client improvements and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Maintain up-to-date and precise clinical documentation through our streamlined, user-friendly therapist portal, reducing administrative workload.

• Engage in ongoing support and training through consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering professional growth in your practice.

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals aged 13 years and older, as well as couples, through various evidence-based methodologies.

• Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and security regulations to protect clients' health information and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve counseling adults and adolescents (13 years and older) facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will be instrumental in helping individuals and couples navigate their emotional hurdles and work towards healthier coping mechanisms and relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
