Compensation Base Pay $35,360.00 - $35,360.00 / Year Relocation Expense Covered No Employee Type Regular Full Time Required Degree High school Manage Others Yes Job Summary Under general supervision, performs a variety of clerical duties in support of the Developmental Services Division. Work is performed in an office environment. Plans the work based on priorities and assignments of a recurring nature. Requires the use of office equipment such as telephones, copier, fax, computer and various computer software programs. Employee must exercise tact and courtesy in contact with staff, individuals served, public, and vendors. Critical component of job is to possess strong interpersonal skills. Reports to the Senior Administrative Assistant. Job Responsibilities Ongoing support to Director and staff Primary phone, message, updating phone system Supplies fax, copier, supply drawers, bathrooms, kitchen Updates HCBS dates in WaMS Transfer events in Credible monthly or as needed Uploads any documents into Credible Picks up mail from the administrative office and distributes Requisitions; monthly ordering Primary contact for conference room or vehicle reservations Co-pay and eligibility checks Petty cash custodian Performs other related work as required. Education and Experience Education High School Diploma supplemented with college level course work or experience Experience 3-5 years’ experience in clerical related work, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Ability to recognize and find appropriate ways to call attention to injustices about any practice within the agency that is dehumanizing, demoralizing or degrading to individuals.
