Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, strengths, and areas of need.

• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Craft and execute customized treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique goals and challenges of each client.

• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to offer cohesive care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance community support.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary.

• Ensure all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans are documented in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
