The Finance and Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional income for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers. Establish and meet monthly objectives. * Instruct salespeople in the methods of selling finance. Qualifications: * Experienced Automotive Business/F&I Manager, or 2+ years in a successful automotive sales position * Strong attention to detail and 100% compliance with legal and regulatory rules * Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures. * Strong oral, written, and presentation skills * Desire to achieve and succeed Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment * Willingness to work with a team Proven track record in a previous Sales and/or Sales or F&I Management role * Will work at desk in an office setting. Computer knowledge is necessary. May be required to leave the dealership occasionally to contact finance sources. Evening, holiday and weekend work hours will be required
