Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed therapist at Bright Futures Counseling, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methodologies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and adjust them as necessary based on client progress.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive support to clients.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to foster professional development and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Clients may seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. Your role will be critical in guiding clients towards resilience and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A firm understanding of mental health treatment modalities and a genuine passion for helping others.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy to a diverse clientele is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
