Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and utilize evidence-based approaches to develop individualized treatment plans that address the mental health needs of clients.

• Hold regular counseling sessions through telehealth, delivering both individual and group therapy while creating a safe, confidential, and effective therapeutic environment.

• Equip clients with coping strategies and tools to tackle challenges related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and more.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their mental health.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, observing all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

• Participate in team meetings, providing insights and strategies for improved client outcomes and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment methods based on client progress and feedback, ensuring the highest quality of mental healthcare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work extensively with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and substance dependence. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
