Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and to identify their unique needs and strengths.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, employing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop customized treatment plans that establish achievable goals and interventions tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment efforts.

• Facilitate meaningful group therapy sessions, psycho-education classes, and support groups that foster community and healing among participants.

• Offer crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to ensure safety and well-being when urgent help is needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
