Key Responsibilities Conduct individual counseling sessions through video conferencing, ensuring clients feel supported and understood as they address their mental health challenges. Facilitate discussions that promote self-awareness, helping clients understand their emotions and experiences in the context of their mental health. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Additionally, candidates must possess one of the following full licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) *Note: Only fully licensed candidates are eligible; provisional licenses and candidates with disciplinary actions will not be considered. Preferred Experience Strong skills in conducting professional evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation, ensuring comprehensive care meeting client needs. Demonstrable interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature, allowing for effective communication and rapport-building with clients. Proficiency in technology and familiarity with digital counseling platforms, enabling efficient practice management. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Our compensation structure is designed to support our counselors, including: Weekly direct deposit for your convenience. A monthly healthcare stipend available for full-time counselors.
