Work Environment\n

This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients via live video support. Enjoy the flexibility of creating your own schedule between Monday and Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call duties required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based counseling to individual adult clients through live video sessions, with a focus on achieving their treatment goals.

• Utilize advanced tools and technology to administer symptom self-assessments and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for our patients.

• Participate in weekly live drop-in consultation sessions, offering you the opportunity to receive guidance and support from leadership.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will focus on a diverse adult population, including individuals facing elevated risks of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Validity of independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist, with a minimum of one year of experience.

• Two years of recent experience providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients.

• A deep commitment to treating all populations and a passion for delivering culturally sensitive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, along with performance bonuses.
