Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Reflections, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients may seek help for stress management, life transitions, grief, and trauma recovery. Through our telehealth services, you will engage with clients from different demographics, which allows you to utilize your skills in cultural competence and adaptability to provide affirming care to all patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Full-time counselors at Radiant Reflections can expect an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
