Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables, review and analyze moderately complex challenges, and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role requires a solid understanding of Business Execution functions and the ability to resolve moderately complex issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation), delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives and provide an intuitive, high-quality user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to document and communicate business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences through clear and effective artifacts.
• Drive planning, coordination, configuration, and testing activities to support successful product delivery and implementation.
• Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly define business needs and support Agile delivery teams.
• Track work, dependencies, and progress within Jira and Agile delivery frameworks to ensure transparent and effective execution.
• Mentor and influence team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and promoting best practices across the product team.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration.
• Proficiency in creating business requirement documents and conducting end-to-end testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for optimizing business processes and enhancing user experiences.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and tools like Jira.
