Head of Sales, North America - Japanese Bilingual Working Model : Hybrid A well-established global B2B organization with a strong international footprint is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive continued growth across North America and adjacent markets. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for developing and executing regional sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and shaping long-term business expansion initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of the organization and may ultimately assume broader commercial leadership responsibilities, including oversight of marketing and strategic growth functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies across North America, including Canada and selected Latin American markets Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team of approximately 10 professionals Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management, forecasting, and performance optimization Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and business partners Identify new business opportunities and expansion initiatives across target markets Collaborate with global leadership and provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to support growth objectives Contribute to broader commercial planning and organizational development efforts Qualifications Proven experience leading and managing a sales organization Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the United States Strong leadership, team development, and organizational management capabilities Demonstrated success in business development, sales strategy, and customer relationship management #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona N A, Inc.
