Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or solution-focused methods to guide client progress.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Provide educational resources and coping strategies to empower clients outside of therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Tennessee as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
