Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT role focuses primarily on supporting individuals, couples, and families experiencing relational challenges, mental health disorders, and emotional distress. The clinician will work with a diverse client base, engaging with different cultural backgrounds and varying degrees of mental wellness. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active LMFT license or equivalent (LPC, LCSW) to practice in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
