Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, focusing on improving clients' overall mental health and well-being.

• Facilitate conversations that encourage clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and past experiences, fostering personal insight and understanding.

• Act as an advocate for each client, assisting them in defining their therapeutic goals and strategizing effective paths toward achieving them.
\n
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions comprehensively and create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize our therapist portal for efficient case management, including documentation, scheduling, and client interaction records—all with minimal paperwork required from your side.

• Collaborate closely with our administrative team to handle client onboarding and billing, allowing you to focus solely on therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with pre-screened clients who are stable and classified as low acuity, ensuring that your therapeutic engagement is focused and productive. This structure allows you to apply your expertise effectively, contributing to positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license recognized by the state of Washington, such as: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  \n
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate mental health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a compassionate approach to client engagement.

• Proficient computer skills necessary for documentation and teletherapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.
