Senior Property Accountant

Job Description Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual figures Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts Coordinate with property managers to address financial queries and issues Monitor and manage property cash flows and funding requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience with property management software #J-18808-Ljbffr
