Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with our Medical Director and Medical Team Administrator to coordinate and optimize mental health treatment for clients both within and outside our facility.

• Provide in-service training sessions to the medical, psychiatric, and security staff to enhance their understanding of mental health issues and treatment approaches as needed.

• Proactively intervene in mental health crises, using de-escalation techniques to manage emergencies effectively.
\n
• Participate in commitment hearings when necessary, providing your professional insight regarding patient assessments.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans by conducting thorough assessments and setting tangible goals in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions while ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Verify clients’ previous mental health histories, including any psychotropic medications they may have been prescribed.
\n
• Prepare regular and special reports on client progress, treatment outcomes, and any other pertinent information as required.

• Coordinate with nursing and mental health staff for seamless post-release referral processes, ensuring continuity of care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for new hires.
