Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, with the infrastructure in place to support effective virtual counseling appointments. Given the outpatient nature of our practice, counselors will maintain a manageable caseload, allowing for thorough engagement with each client. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies that address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a supportive and compassionate approach.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, adapting techniques as necessary to meet clients' needs.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment, providing insights and recommendations that enhance comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is a prerequisite for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus, contingent upon meeting specific performance objectives.
