- Candidates must confirm their ability and willingness to work primarily in Orange County and travel to San Diego as needed. Please document this confirmation in the submission.
- This role supports a large-scale EPIC integration project. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong coordination skills. The Administrative Associate will play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations by managing logistics, scheduling, and administrative functions.
- Coordinate meeting scheduling and training room logistics
- Support project activities, including planning and execution within scope
- Manage administrative tasks such as storing, retrieving, and distributing information
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders
- Assist with logistics tracking and follow-ups
- Provide training and orientation for new staff
- Troubleshoot office technologies and support operational needs
- Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative and departmental operations
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (3+ years preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office technologies and administrative tools
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
- Associate's Degree (preferred)
