Job Title: Administrative Associate

Location: Primarily Orange County (CHOC location); occasional travel to San Diego required

Duration: 75 weeks / 17 Months

Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)

  • Candidates must confirm their ability and willingness to work primarily in Orange County and travel to San Diego as needed. Please document this confirmation in the submission.
Position Overview
  • This role supports a large-scale EPIC integration project. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong coordination skills. The Administrative Associate will play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations by managing logistics, scheduling, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling and training room logistics
  • Support project activities, including planning and execution within scope
  • Manage administrative tasks such as storing, retrieving, and distributing information
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Assist with logistics tracking and follow-ups
  • Provide training and orientation for new staff
  • Troubleshoot office technologies and support operational needs
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative and departmental operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with office technologies and administrative tools
Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
  • Associate's Degree (preferred)
