Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients dealing with various mental health concerns, including addiction and co-occurring disorders, ensuring a holistic approach.

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring that therapeutic goals are met efficiently.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment modifications, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Efficiently manage your calendar, scheduling ongoing appointments and follow-ups while adapting to client needs and progress.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists to share insights and strategies, enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals across various age groups facing challenges related to substance use and mental health. You will deliver therapy to individuals as well as couples, emphasizing the importance of building trusting therapeutic relationships that promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current, independently active LCSW license in the state of Texas.
\n
• Exceptional professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and high levels of cultural competency.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

• A self-motivated approach to work with a commitment to client advocacy and empowerment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
