Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that evaluate students' emotional and mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment approaches that include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups that enhance coping mechanisms and encourage positive emotional expression among students.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning as required, ensuring immediate support for students in distress.
